Intensives, Groups & Workshops

Virtual offerings available in Florida • Tennessee • California

Some circumstances require more focused work than a traditional weekly session allows.

Intensives, small groups, and educational workshops provide structured, goal-oriented support for families navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting burnout, neurodivergence, and relationship strain.

Therapy Intensives

Intensives are extended sessions designed to accelerate progress during high-stress periods or decision points. These may be appropriate for couples in crisis, parents experiencing acute burnout, or individuals navigating major family-building decisions.

• 2–4 hour focused sessions

• Clear goals and structured agenda

• Immediate intervention for high-conflict patterns

• Decision-making support during fertility treatment or medical complications

• Short-term stabilization during acute stress

Format: Virtual | Half-day or multi-session formats | Individuals & Couples

Small Groups

Groups provide community and structured learning for individuals who benefit from shared experience. Many people feel relief realizing they are not the only one facing these challenges. Each group focuses on a specific transition or challenge.

• Postpartum adjustment groups

• Fertility and family-building support groups

• Parenting burnout and regulation groups

• Parenting neurodivergent children support groups

• Couples after kids workshops

Groups are offered based on interest and availability. Reach out to be added to the waitlist and notified when a group forms.

Format: Virtual | Small groups, limited enrollment | Available in FL, TN & CA

Educational Workshops

Workshops provide practical tools for managing emotional pressure, improving communication, and stabilizing family systems. These may be offered for parents, couples, or organizations serving families.

These programs are educational, skills-based trainings. They are not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment and do not establish a therapeutic relationship.

• Managing emotional escalation at home

• Communication under stress for couples

• Supporting neurodivergent children without increasing conflict

• Pregnancy after loss anxiety management

• Professional trainings for providers working with high-stress families

Format: Virtual or in-person | Open enrollment

Outcomes Participants Often Report

• Reduced emotional reactivity

• Improved communication and cooperation

• Greater clarity in decision-making

• Increased confidence in parenting

• Strengthened partnership stability

• Feeling supported rather than isolated
