Parent Burnout: Summer Edition
Tools for Managing That Specific Kind of Heat
Who This Is For
Parents navigating summer schedules, camp transitions, time at home, family vacations, or any combination. Whether you're managing new routines, traveling with kids, or the particular overwhelm of unstructured time. If summer parenting feels harder than the school year, this is for you.
Why This Matters
Summer can feel like parenting on hard mode. Schedules shift, routines collapse, and your nervous system is constantly recalibrating. By mid-July, many parents are running on empty. This workshop gives you concrete tools to regulate before you reach that breaking point, and a framework for building a summer that feels manageable instead of chaotic.
What You'll Gain
Tools you can use immediately. A clearer understanding of your own burnout patterns. Permission to let go of perfect. A realistic rhythm that honors both your needs and your kids'.
Course Description
Summer intensifies everything! Schedules shift, routines crumble, everyone's threshold is lower. In this 90-minute workshop, you'll learn three concrete regulation tools you can use before you lose it, and how to build a summer rhythm that doesn't require you to be perfect.
Participants will be able to:
Identify personal burnout warning signs before they escalate
Apply at least two regulation tools in the moment, not after the fact
Create a realistic summer structure that reduces daily friction
Understand how their nervous system affects their parenting responses
