About Me
Beth Siller, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in reproductive mental health, parenting, and modern family systems. Offering Virtual Therapy to Individuals and Couples in Florida, Tennessee, and California
Therapy with Me
My therapy style is integrative, collaborative, and practical. You don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or hold it together in session. We work on understanding what is actually happening when emotions surge. All of the racing thoughts, intrusive worries, relationship tension, grief, or the constant mental “what ifs” will be processed together in session.
The goal is not just insight, but relief you can use outside of therapy:
during waiting periods
difficult conversations
middle-of-the-night anxiety
the everyday stress of parenting
I offer clear feedback with empathy, concrete tools, and help navigating real decisions. Sessions can be a space where you can talk through experiences that feel heavy or isolating without any type of judgement or a “fix it” mentality. Many clients begin to notice more patience, fewer escalations, clearer communication, and greater confidence in their relationships and parenting.
Why this Work Matters to Me
My path into perinatal therapy didn’t begin in a classroom. It began with my own fertility journey. What I discovered along the way was how unprepared I was. This wasn’t because I hadn’t done my research, but because the myths I had been told for years turned out to be false. More often than not, the medical care I received was clinical when I needed it to be human.
Family, friends, employers, and colleagues didn’t know what to say. There were times when the wrong things were said or they said nothing at all. I knew something had to change. When I began sharing my own experience publicly, I was overwhelmed by how many people came forward who carrying fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, postpartum struggles, and parenting burnout entirely in silence, convinced they were the only ones.
They weren’t.
If you’re here, you’re not either. That is what I am here for.
Who I Help
Many people who reach out to me are not just looking for support, they are trying to it hold together during some of the most challenging times of their lives. Often, what brings people to therapy is not a lack of love, effort, or capability. It’s that their reactions no longer match their intentions as a result of stress or trauma.
You may be:
Trying to become a parent and facing fertility challenges
Navigating IVF or donor conception decisions
Adjusting after a long-awaited baby
Feeling overwhelmed by parenting
noticing your relationship change after becoming parents
You may notice yourself becoming:
more reactive
shutting down in conversations
carrying guilt that you should be handling this better
comparing yourselves to others and feeling inadequate
My role is to help you understand what is happening underneath those reactions so things stop escalating and life begins to feel manageable again.
How Therapy Helps
My work draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These methods are tailored to each client and may include cognitive strategies, trauma-informed care, and tools for managing anxious thoughts and emotional overwhelm.
You will learn skills and techniques to:
Reduce emotional reactivity
Improve communication between partners and family members
Understand parenting and relationship patterns
Navigate fertility and family-building decisions
Restore confidence in parenting
Rebuild connection and stability at home
Create boundaries to protect your emotional safety
