All services are private pay. Services are provided via telehealth. Read below for in-person options if you are a South Florida local.
Learn more about the pros and cons of using insurance to pay for therapy by clicking on these 2 resources:See the section below for Sliding Scale and Out of Network information.
I provide therapy via telehealth for adults, couples, and parents.; I do not provide child-only therapy.
South Florida locals: ask me about in-person office visits, home visits, and walk and talk sessions.
I can empathize with how much reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially during periods of transition or exhaustion. If you’re looking for a supportive and thoughtful space to explore what you’re carrying, and to move forward with greater self-compassion, please reach each out to schedule a consultation.
Out of Network & Sliding Scale
Clients with out of network benefits may submit invoices to their insurance company for possible partial or full reimbursement depending on their plan. Not all services may qualify. Superbills can be provided upon request. Please note that time required for additional paperwork beyond 15 minutes is subject to a prorated fee billed at 15-minute increments. Please inquire for full details.
A small number of reduced-fee slots are available for individuals experiencing genuine financial hardship. Sliding scale fees begin at $150 for individual sessions and $175 for couples sessions. Availability is limited and these spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Sliding scale arrangements are time-limited. We'll revisit the agreement together at the six-month mark to assess whether it remains the right fit.
If cost is a barrier and you'd like to ask about availability, bring it up during your consultation. No documentation is required, just an honest conversation.
