Intensives, Groups & Workshops

Fertility, Postpartum, Pregnancy, and Parenting

Virtual offerings available in Florida, Tennessee, and California

Some circumstances require more focused work than a traditional weekly session allows.

Intensives, small groups, body doubling through a clinical lens, walk and talk therapy and educational workshops provide structured, goal-oriented support for families navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting burnout, neurodivergence, and relationship strain.

Intensives are extended sessions designed to accelerate progress during high-stress periods or decision points. These may be appropriate for couples in crisis, parents experiencing acute burnout, or individuals navigating major family-building decisions.

• 2–4 hour focused sessions

• Clear goals and structured agenda

• Immediate intervention for high-conflict patterns

• Decision-making support during fertility treatment or medical complications

• Short-term stabilization during acute stress

Format: Virtual | Half-day or multi-session formats | Individuals & Couples

Virtual Body Doubling Sessions

For a lot of people, especially those navigating postpartum overwhelm, neurodivergent brains, or the particular chaos of early parenthood. The idea of carving out an hour to just talk feels impossible when the laundry and bottles are multiplying and your inbox hasn’t been touched in three weeks.

Body doubling sessions are therapy, just structured differently.

You bring what needs to get done. We work alongside each other while we talk. Then we

debrief what got done, what felt hard, what your nervous system was telling you while you did

it. This isn’t multitasking instead of therapy. The doing is the therapy. For brains that regulate through movement and accomplishment, sitting still can actually get in the way.

Available virtually. Sessions are 90 minutes. Have questions? Read more here.

Virtual Walk and Talk Sessions

Therapy doesn’t have to mean staring at a screen. Walk and talk sessions use movement and outdoor environment as part of the therapeutic process. You walk in your neighborhood or a local park. I walk in a private outdoor space on my end. We’re connected the whole time and each of us in motion and outside.

For a lot of people, something relaxes when they’re not sitting still in front of a camera. The pressure of sustained eye contact through a screen and the performance of being okay subsides when you’re walking. Things come out that wouldn’t have come out in a chair.

If you’ve ever processed something on a drive or a run or a long walk and wondered why it was easier than an actual conversation, that’s the same mechanism at work.

Available virtually. Standard session length and rate. Have questions? Read more here.
