Therapy for Kids

Growing and Healing Through the Arts

An offering from Beth Siller, LMFT, founder of All That Matters Therapy

In-person therapy in South Florida, virtual across Florida, Tennessee, and California.

Is your child struggling?

Does your child struggle with anger and frustration? Do meltdowns happen regularly when big feelings show up? Have you tried everything and still feel overwhelmed?

I can help. I offer virtual sessions for families in Florida, California, and Tennessee, and in-person sessions, office visits or home visits, for families in Florida.

I provide support for children experiencing:

  • Anxiety and worry

  • Big mood swings

  • Self-esteem challenges

  • Trouble making or keeping friends

  • Difficulty at school

  • Struggles with listening and empathy

  • Disordered eating

  • Grief and loss

  • Major life transitions, divorce, new siblings, moves

  • Bullying, social struggles, and more

A Creative Approach

Children don't always have the words for what they're feeling, and they shouldn't have to. Expressive Arts Therapy meets kids where they are, using creative mediums to help them feel understood and build emotional and social well-being:

  • Drama

  • Play

  • Storytelling

  • Sand Tray

  • Music and Movement

  • Art

About Beth

My path to this work started long before I became a therapist. I spent 12 years as an Early Childhood Educator and then became a school counselor before opening my first children's private practice, Arts & Hearts Therapy, where I worked with kids and families for 5 years. That foundation as educator, counselor, and therapist shapes how I show up for every child I work with.

I hold an M.A. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, with additional training in Drama Therapy through the Drama Therapy Institute of Los Angeles, Nova Southeastern University, the North American Drama Therapy Association, and Expressive Arts Therapy education through The Expressive Therapy Summits.

I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida (#4793), California (#153481), and Tennessee (#1766).

"Every child can benefit from nurturing, creative therapeutic care as they move through some of life's biggest challenges. I invite you to make Arts and Hearts a safe space for your child."

A free 15-minute consultation is the easiest way to find out if we're a good fit. No pressure, no commitment.
